Lisa is a highly experienced advocate who is well established in the areas of criminal law and family law.

In criminal law, Lisa regularly appears for both the prosecution and the defence at trial and appellate levels and has extensive experience in conducting serious cases tried in the District Court and in the Court of First Instance.  She is also a member of the Law Reform Commission’s Sub-committee on “Causing and Allowing Death of a Child” as well as a member of the Sub-committee on “Review of Sexual Offences”.

In her matrimonial practice, Lisa has an established practice in family disputes, matters in relation to children (e.g. child abduction, custody and wardship) as well as financial aspects in divorce and child support.   She is also an accredited CEDR mediator.

Lisa is currently a member of the Hong Kong Bar Association Special Committee on Family Law and the Special Committee on Legal Education.   She has also served on the Bar’s Special Committee on Discipline and the Special Committee on Criminal Law and on the Bar Council itself.
