Ching Him Ho (co-authoring with Jason Cheung) recently published an article on Community Service Orders in the Global Journal of Politics and Law Research.
Entitled "Revisiting The Cliche of Community Service Order in Hong Kong: Non-Custodial Sentence in The Turmoil", Ching Him examined the long history of Community Service Order as a non-custodial sentence option and argued for reforms in its application in Hong Kong.
