Court of Appeal Dismisses Appeal by Mr. Andrew Left

In February 2019 the Court of Appeal dismissed an appeal by Mr. Andrew Left of Citron Research against the determination of the Market Misconduct Tribunal that he was culpable of disclosing false or misleading information inducing transactions in the securities of Evergrande Real Estate Group Limited. An application to the Court of Appeal for a certificate in order to pursue the case in the Court of Final Appeal was subsequently dismissed.
