Court of Appeal issued sentencing guidance on cruelty to animals

4 April 2019- The Court of Appeal issued guidance on the appropriate sentencing considerations for a charge of cruelty to animals contrary to s.3(1)(a) of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Ordinance.
