Former Convoy executives acquitted of fraud charges

In HKSAR v Cho Kwai Chee and Ors DCCC 678/2019, three former executives were acquitted after trial of alleged fraud against Convoy Global Holdings. A news article concerning the case can be found here. Martin Hui SC and Maggie Wong SC appeared for the 2nd and 3rd Defendants.
