Martin Hui SC and Ching Him Ho delivered a Keynote Lecture to medical practitioners on the topic "Gross Negligence Manslaughter in Medical Context" at the Hong Kong Medical Association's Medico-legal Conference held on 23 September 2023.
The lecture highlighted the recent developments on the law of gross negligence manslaughter in the medical field and provided practical tips to medical practitioners. Martin and Him also shared their insights and experience on handling medical negligence cases.
