In Hong Kong’s first prosecution brought under the United Nations (Anti-Terrorism Measures) Ordinance (Cap 575) - otherwise known as the“Dragon Slaying Brigade”(屠龍小隊) case (HKSAR v Lee Ka Tin, Christian (D4) and others HCCC 164/2022 & HCCC 255/2023), Priscilia Lam and Ching Him Ho successfully secured unanimous acquittals for D4, who was charged with (1) conspiracy to commit bombing of prescribed objects, (2) conspiracy to cause explosion, (3) conspiracy to commit murder and possession of arms and (4) possession of ammunition with intent to endanger life.
