Vivian is a criminal advocate with extensive practice in conducting trials and appeals in all levels of courts in Hong Kong.

Her practice encompasses a comprehensive spectrum ranging from white-collar crimes such as commercial fraud, corruption, money laundering, ICAC and SFC matters, to general crimes including but not limited to sexual offences, dangerous drugs, violent crimes, triad, theft, bookmaking, road traffic, immigration, customs & excise offence and summons.

Vivian served as a Deputy Magistrate in 2020 to 2024.
